This past week, I went to the gym several times. One of the times, I went with BFF and we did lunges around the track. Oh good gracious. It's like I am an old lady! I was so sore for a good three days after! I guess that's good though. So if you are looking for a workout that'll burn so good, do lunges! Also, it can give you a cute little booty and sexy legs just in time for swimsuit season! Holler!
I need to start watching what I eat. I'm living in a sorority house so we have lunch made for us everyday. Does anyone have any suggestions on eating healthy while in college? I'd definitely appreciate it!

Happy Birthday! 20 Is definitely not old ha ha. I would suggest keeping healthy snacks on hand in order to keep you full and prevent indulgences on not so healthy food. Also, portion control is your best friend. My fitness pal is a great app to help with knowing what you are eating. Best of luck, and keep up the good work!

OLD? :) Happy Birthday! I would say as far as the choices in a sorority house...just make the best choices you can and make sure you add your own fruits and veggies in every once in awhile.

Happy birthday!!! We had the best food in our sorority house, but lunch was always buffet style. So I'd basically depended on salads for lunch. That way I could splurge on dinner!!! I hate lunges, but you're so right.
Happy Birthday !!!!! I'm still getting over being sick and I haven't had the chance to start... this challenge.. As for healthy food try smaller portions and drink a lot of water and fruits and veggies or try going vegan. My friend went vegan and the weight she lost so far is 14 pounds... Keep up the good work
Oh my gosh happy birthday! And OH MY GOSH you just wait 20 is SO young :P As far as college, gosh that was hard for me too. Just portion control, you don't have to finish your plate...that was only when you were 2. So just watch it and don't binge on sweets ;-)
