This past week, I went to the gym several times. One of the times, I went with BFF and we did lunges around the track. Oh good gracious. It's like I am an old lady! I was so sore for a good three days after! I guess that's good though. So if you are looking for a workout that'll burn so good, do lunges! Also, it can give you a cute little booty and sexy legs just in time for swimsuit season! Holler!
I need to start watching what I eat. I'm living in a sorority house so we have lunch made for us everyday. Does anyone have any suggestions on eating healthy while in college? I'd definitely appreciate it!
